I’m a therapeutic arts practitioner and art therapist-in-training (class of ‘27).

If you’re reading this, we probably met at the ActNow Conference in Nova Scotia and you’re curious about art therapy. Scroll down for everything you need to know about art therapy and the different ways to work with me.

Take care!

p.s. If the conference is still in session, be sure to visit the Community Constellation wall!

Hi, I’m Keesha Bell.

Work with me

Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. Using imagery, colour and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.
